Forty-three years, one tape

Brisko started in 1983 with three friends selling tracksuits out of a van by the Roundhay Park courts. This is how the tape got rewound.

Who made it

My mum kept a bin bag of her old club kit in the loft. Capsule 01 started the day I opened it.

Ines grew up two streets from the Roundhay courts and joined Brisko's Leeds studio in 2019. For Capsule 01 she traced the 1983 patterns off the originals, then fixed everything that annoyed people the first time: sleeves that rode up, zips that bit, socks that slid down.
